It's On!!

So we finally heard back from our builder and everything is set! They matched the lower appraisal price and we are still scheduled to close on March 31st. Now we can forge ahead finalizing all the last minute details that we had been waiting on! Finishing paperwork with our lender, setting up homeowners insurance, getting our finances in order for our down payment, hiring movers, etc! It will be a busy but exciting few weeks as we close, pack and move into our very first home!

I just can't wait to decorate :)

Driveway:

As of now we are scheduled to close in exactly 2 weeks. I'm getting nervous that it might be delayed a bit because we have had a few things come up with the appraisal, and our builder is taking FOREVER to get back to us. I hate waiting!

I'm just trying to think positive and keep my fingers crossed!!
